  1. I acquired the game through a BGG trade and felt obligated to read the book. So I purchased it on Audible. I'm on Chapter 7 and now I can't wait to play the game! 🙂

  2. At 22:08, I don't understand how to navigate the "hideout found" track, as there are 5 spots to move the marker down… But in which order?

  3. This game looks mad fun, but I don't have enough friends who know the series enough to really get into the game, lol.

  4. According to the kickstarter the metal plan tokens you're using are only in the deluxe version. The retail version comes with cardboard tokens.

  5. Hello old friend. As I stated I have watched you since the very beginning laughing along with your mansions of madness video. You have come along way and I'm so happy for you and all your success. While I don't often have time to comment on your videos I have been watching this whole time. I just wanted to take a second to say Thank you for all you do. Your amazing and a fantastic content creator!

  6. Say what you will about Steelheart, judging from the location artwork, you really have to admire the guy's attention to detail. In the midst of subjugating the city, fighting off rival epics, hunting reckoners, and heaven knows what else, he still found time to carve his name on the front of the Field Museum and to have a new sign made for the (renamed) Newcago Theatre. Having the new sign done in the iconic style of the original was a nice touch, and it really is nice to know that the city's new overlord is a patron of the arts. A lot of superpowered, homicidal maniacs would have let those little things slide, but not Steelheart, and that's what makes the difference between a High Epic and the regular kind!

  7. Game seems interesting. I find production somewhat off-putting though, the black plastic 'inserts' everywhere. I would have preferred indented/layered and illustrated cardboard.

  8. I've never heard of this, but I love Brandon Sanderson so I'm here checking this out. This looks incredibly convoluted and I don't see much game beneath the components. Hopefully someone I know picks this up so I can play it to see.

  9. Ahhhh! I’m so excited! I love this series and couldn’t wait for this game to come out. So glad it looks so clean and well organized

  10. So to clarify for the dice rolling and placing in rows – the only real reason for that is that it provides 2 Errol’s of dice you don’t want to keep and after the 3rd roll you are forced to keep what is left? The actual row mechanic doesn’t have any other bearing on the game? Did I interpret that right?

  11. I am watching this and deep inside regretting not backing on KS, because I was so close on backing this game.

  12. Seems I am still able to pre-order this game form the KS

  13. Incredible game, the strategy, quality, art, props, and presentation (but still doesn't compare to your video of course!)

  14. It's not out yet, launching at Gen Con. Pre-orders are available online:

  15. Game looks fun and I'm a fan of Brandon Sanderson. However, the price point scares me. I'm not sure if there is 100 dollars worth of game there.
