  1. Ultimate Spider-Man is the best Spider-Man game. I can nitpick Spider-Man PS4 for hours but I can hardly find any flaws with Ultimate. In Spider-Man PS4 the enemy variation is repetitive, the boss battles aren’t fun or challenging gameplay wise, the MJ and Miles missions sucked, the stealth segments weren’t challenging at all, and the whole game itself was just pretty easy. I 100% completed the entire game seven times on the hardest difficulty within the span of like 2 weeks.

While in Ultimate, you face a large variety of enemies in the open world (some even being low level villains such as shocker and boomerang), all the boss battles are unique and fun, playing as Venom is a blast, and there are some parts that still challenge me to this day. Ultimate is basically a better and more refined version of Spider-Man 2 the game and you get the added bonus of playing as Venom.

So ya, Ultimate Spider-Man is the best Spider-Man game. FIGHT ME

Edit: Here’s my top 5 list
    5. Spider-Man PS1
    4. Spider-Man 2
    3. Shattered Dimensions
    2. Spider-Man PS4 (ya I heavily critique it, but it is still a great game)
    1. Ultimate

  2. For Spider-man 2 (ps2, xbox, Gamecube), Spider-man 3 (ps2, psp, xbox), Amazing Spider-man 1 & 2 (wii, ps3, ps4, 3ds, Wii U, xbox 360, xbox one), and Marvels Spider-man (ps4), the fighting system was not created by rocksteady. It was treyarch who created it, then got more popular due to the Arkham games!

  3. I wonder what i would become if i were bitten by a radioactive antelope.
Anyway, i kinda feel the whole list is kind of not properly arranged. and not explained WHY it's arranged the way it is.

  4. I personally would put Web of Shadows over Spider-man 3 but until today it still boggles my mind that the supposed next-gen version looks and plays more last-gen than the actual last-gen version.

  5. Spider-Man Friend or Foe was ranked waaaay too low in my opinion. Yes, I do remember it being fairly short but little kid me spent countless hours playing and replaying that game with different characters. Speaking of the other characters, you forgot to mention that the game was actually co-op, something rare in Spider-Man games. The combat mechanics can be bland but, like any fighting game prior to the Arkham Series, it gives you multiple different ways to fight and experiment with that you can choose whether or not to use. Yes, just endlessly web grabbing and slamming the enemy can work but you are choosing to do that over the dozen or so other ways you can take out the enemy. There is literally a system for getting points and using points to unlock new attacks for a reason after all. Then, to top it all off you put this game behind a game boy black and white side scrolling game where all you do is walk, jump, climb walls, shoot web, and punch. I can't say much about the other games in this list because a majority of them I haven't played, but Friend or Foe is criminally underrated in this list as if you just played 20 minutes of it and looked up the details of the game for the rest of your review.

  6. Did the video need to be this long? Do you really need to talk about all the different versions of the games. Just feels like you're rehashing the same dialogue over and over which leads to a boring video.

  7. Something tells me that the upcoming Avengers game will beat Spiderman PS4 as the best Super Hero game of all time. Personally, Spiderman PS4 is Batman Arkham Asylum clone in my opinion.

  8. Marvels Spider-Man is the 1st game I ever played that I lost track in story and didn't even want to use fast travel I just wanted to swing my webs and explore Spider-Man ps4 no doubt kicked every single Spider-Man games ass and I'm sure we all hope insomniac becomes the rocksteady of Spider-Man like rocksteady did for Batman just some titles only certain developers can do and these two have earned the title for both there respective roles in this

  9. If you put Spider-Man 2 above the PSX spiderman or Shattered Dimensions, you haven't played the game with your Nostalgia Goggles off. It's a boring, slow, and annoying game.

  10. Bro I think the amazing spiderman 2 movie game was wayyyyy to low. Like I get it's a bad game, but it's not worse than a shitty side scroller that was higher than it

  11. Yup, agreed with the list. Just don't understand the hate towards amazing spiderman franchise. And who would want to play a pixelated less looking spiderman only to climb to the top of the building. U put it after over half of the video.

  12. honestly I believe shattered dimensions should have got second not third and while the second game edge of time made a more straight forward game in comparison to Spiderman 2 I think it should have ranked higher than that. Also, JEESUS dude way too many versions of amazing and standard Spiderman, but I get it a list of all but your exceptions. Truthfully, probably should've taken all the duplicates find the best one and limit the list.

  13. How the fuck is Spiderman from atari better than the amazing spiderman 2 Ps3/Ps4? The rank makes no fucking sense

  14. Maximum Carnage isn't top 5? Wow
Maximum Carnage isn't top 10? Hmmmm
Maximum Carnage isn't top 20? Ok, now I'm starting to wonder
Maximum Carnage isn't top 30? Who is making this list?
Maximum Carnage isn't top 40? Ok, seriously, who made this list?
Maximum Carnage is ranked at 44? I can't say you're wrong because this list is subjective but…

Triple Jump, I will NEVER take anything you say seriously
I highly doubt you played any of these games for more than 20min to make the list

  15. I played Enter Electro before the first Spider-man on PS1 as a kid, so I can’t understand how it can be significantly worse

  16. I'm glad the Mega Drive Spiderman vs the Kingpin is so high on the list. That game was really awesome. I always loved the Camera gimmick.

  17. Honestly ultimate spider man Deserve top 3 because I feel like it’s better than shattered dimensions and I still play ultimate to this day on my wii GameCube but that’s just me 🤷🏽‍♂️
